We passed the old ACME in Kennett Square a few weeks ago and they were taking huge pieces of drywall in. Obviously something was going in, but WHAT?
A few days later we heard rumour that among other things, a Habitat for Humanity ReSale was going in. Then I read an article in the paper(?) along the same lines.
This morning Child #1 asks, "So mom, do you know when those stores in ACME will be open?" He can't wait to shop there!
I hope that when my littles are teenagers they don't mind "shopping thrifty". Maybe it will be their biggest motivation to "get a job" because I still suffer sticker shop when I see brand name, brand new clothes.
